   Bill, my husband, and I met Wanda Peabody over the internet in July of 2004 when we were looking for a new home in the Ozark, Nixa, or Springfield, Missouri area.  We had just sold our house in Florida and wanted to return to the Midwest to be near family and former friends.  She was so professional and kept us up-to-date on all the homes in our price range and area. She was so caring and helpful and we hit it off immediately when we came to Springfield to meet her in person. Not only did Wanda find us a home, she assisted us in selling the first home in Ozark to purchasing our dream home in Ozark, a 4400 sq. ft. home with 3 acres of land.  It was wonderful living there.  However, in 2008 we decided we should move into something smaller, thinking ahead as to our ages.  So of course we called Wanda to list our house.  We put it on the market on a Tuesday and it sold on Saturday of the same week.  So we purchased our present home with Wanda's expertise being a great help and a pleasant association.  Not only do we know a great Realtor, but we have made a great friend as well.
